Title:Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner
Location: MA/ TX/ FL/ Remote
Responsibilities:
Engage with product owners and project managers in refining the product backlog and Program
Increment planning.
Identifying and determining impediments by working with multiple teams that inferred with the ability for the project team to achieve sprint goals.
Enforce KANBAN principles to reduce the cycle time resulting in increased team’s throughput.
Plan and execute business re-engineering solutions to take advantage of current market trends.
Responsible for conducting agile ceremonies- Release planning, Sprint planning, Daily scrums, Scrum of scrums, iteration demo meetings and preparing/analyzing burn down charts.
Facilitate overall project management including and mitigation, status reports, client presentations, defining milestones, deliverables and establishing critical success factors Enhance and support new product functionality, integrating with internal and third party systems and fix the bugs found during the quality control.
Qualifications/ requirements include the following:
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in business application design, configuration (or development), and implementation.
Experience in gathering data using pay policies and contracts to facilitate the configuration of Workforce Software or UKG Kronos/Dimensions.

The position combines vendor management responsibilities with in-depth hands-on technical expertise.
Apply technical expertise and business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate and define complex systems scope and objectives with an understanding of applicable business practices, processes, systems and industry standards to meet end-user needs.
Business systems analysts are responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business.
It is a business systems analyst's responsibility to ensure that a business's structure is meeting top output efficiency.
Business system analysts work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible.
Business systems analysts must have a functional understanding of software systems and at least fundamental understanding of software coding.
They must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office and have interpersonal communication skills.
Business system analysts must be prepared to address any concerns that arise during any restructuring of existing systems and adequately explain advantages and disadvantages to any stem changes made under their supervision.

Software Developer/Web Analytics Developer:
Design, develop, enhance, customize, direct and implement Digital Analytics related tools in e-commerce and healthcare/retail business industry. Requires Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or master's degree with 2+ years of experience in computer science or related field with knowledge on Data Analytics, Web development coding techniques, Project management and statistics. At least 1+ years of experience with Adobe/Google Analytics implementations required. Experience with Tealium tag manager/ Adobe DTM development and tagging. Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with two or more JavaScript frameworks, Angular.js, jQuery and React. Experience using REST APIs, Sound knowledge about Analytics tools and tracking to guide different teams in the implementation, QA and validation phases.
Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills, jQuery, Angular JS, as well as familiarity with basic HTML and CSS selectors. Knowledge about the Salesforce commerce cloud implementation techniques.
